Memories From a Photo
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Looking at a photo, in an instant you can get the feel of the day all over again, reminiscing about the people and places in the photograph.
When I talk to engaged couples, excited about their upcoming wedding, one thing I always say is that years from now, you probably will not remember the endless choices you made about the details, and you may not even remember what flavor your cake was. You won't likely remember the names of the vendors you chose either. All you will be left with are the memories of how you felt that day and your scrapbook filled with photos and mementos. You will be able to show these photos to your children and grandkids, and they will be able to visualize the memories you are able to tell them about. Perhaps one day you realize you can't quite remember the beautiful beading on the dress you wore that day. What do you do? Pull out the photo album!
For a pregnant mother, there is a very limited time in which to get photos taken while still pregnant. (About 7-8 months along in the pregnancy is a safe time to schedule an appointment.) As a new mom myself, I often look back to those photos of me at the monthly intervals. I only realized after my son was born just how fast newborns can turn into toddlers. Babies really only look brand new during the first 2-3 weeks or so. After that, they just grow and grow and grow! I cherish the photos I took of my newborn son and how tiny his little arms and legs were. Now that he's older, it is a sweet trip down memory lane every time I look at those first photos.
No matter what event or special occasion is going on, there is one thing that is the same throughout - Pictures. Whether it's a family reunion, a 1-year-old's first birthday party, a wedding or a Quinceañera, people will always take photographs to remember the day and the excitement.
We want to capture your precious, fleeting moments and turn them into life-long memories....
